Ingredient for 4 people:
2 pounds of cod, 100g. flour, 1 onion, 2 cups of tomatoes sauce, extra virgin olive oli and parsely to taste
Preparation:
- clean the cod and cutting into serving size pieces
- lightly flour the pieces and put them in a saucepan with olive oli and finelt chooped onion
- cooking for 10 minutes until the cod is nicely browned
- add the tomatoes sauce and cook for 20 minues to low heat
- serve whit chopped parsley
