"Salame di cioccolato" - Chocolate salami

Ingredients for 4 people:


300g. dry biscuits, 150g. butter, 150g. cocoa, 100g. sugar, 3 egg yolk, 2 tbsp of Rum



Preparation:


Beat the eggs yolk with the sugar


Melt the butter and add to the eggs mixture


Add the cocoa and the Rum


Stirring well until the mixure is creamy


Break the biscuits into small pieces and add to the mixure


Stir all with a wooden spoon until is perfectly mixed


Place the mixure over a pieces of tinfoil and shape it like a salami


Wrap it on both sides and refrigerate for 2/3 hours until hard
