"Panzanella" - Tuscany bread salad

Ingredients for 4 people:


300g. bread, 2 large tomatoes, 2 cucumbers, 1 onion, 10 basil leaves, 3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil, 5 tbsp of vinegar, 5 cup of water, salt and pepper to taste.





Preparation:

Soak the bread in water and vinegar for 2/3 minutes and wring


Chop the tomatoes, the cucumbers, the onion and add to the bread


Mixing well and add the basil and the olive oli


Correct the seasoning and serve
